I Dig Crafts! Clay Fossil Pendants

When: Friday, June 21, 2013 - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Where: KCKPL - West Wyandotte Library at Auditorium

Pop in to the library and create a fossil pendant out of clay. For children in grades 1-5. Space is limited to the first 35 children. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Groups of 6 or more must call ahead (913) 596-5800 x1016. Free and open to the public.

Family Movie Night: Monsters, Inc

When: Tuesday, June 25, 2013 - 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Where: KCKPL - West Wyandotte Library at Auditorium

Curl up in our auditorium and enjoy a fun family movie. This month we will be showing Monsters, Inc., rated G, from Walt Disney Pictures. Don’t forget to pack a snack! Free and open to the public. All ages are welcome to attend. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.

Soil Tunnel Trailer and Soil Painting

When: Friday, June 28, 2013 - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Where: KCKPL - West Wyandotte Library at Auditorium

Venture underground in the soil tunnel trailer presented by the Wyandotte County Conservation District. This hands-on experience illustrates the relationship between daily activities and the resulting effects on soil and other natural resources. Children will also have the opportunity to make messy dirt art. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Groups of 6 or more must call ahead (913) 596-5800 x1016. Oz - The Great and Powerful in 3-D

The film stars James Franco, Mila Kunis, and Michelle Williams. Seating is limited.
