Project Strength promotes healthy lifestyles on a budget and teaches you how to turn everyday food items into exciting meals. Come learn nutrition basics, food safety, hands-on cooking, and receive a FREE bag of groceries each class. Course meets once a week for 2 hours and lasts 8 weeks.Library: KCKPL - Main Library
